Jonathan was born and raised in the PNW. Following different career paths, he grew into an appreciation for the field of ABA! His favorite thing about ABA is that he's learned to go outside of his comfort zone and see how unique many of the families are and how that makes them strong. During his free time, Jonathan loves going on hikes, volunteering, and trying different food places all over Washington!
Erika is a CBT with her Bachelors of Science in Psychology. She has always had a passion for helping others and bringing joy into the lives of those around her. Erika is dedicated to helping each client be the best version of themselves and grow in their abilities to navigate everyday life. In her free time, Erika loves spending time with her fiancé and birdie, Prince. She also enjoys crocheting, watching live streams on Twitch, and playing cozy games on her Nintendo Switch.
Melissa holds a Bachelor's degree in Education and Human Development with a specialization in Child and Adolescent Mental Health from Boston University. She is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Bastyr University. Since the summer of 2024, Melissa has been actively working in the field of ABA, gaining valuable experience in both clinical and home-based settings. She is deeply passionate about supporting children, and people of all ages, and is committed to celebrating every small victory along the therapeutic journey. Melissa is always striving to grow as a clinician, continuously refining her therapeutic skills and learning from those around her. She brings a positive mindset to her work and is dedicated to creating a fun, engaging, and supportive environment for her learners. She strongly believes that building meaningful rapport is the foundation for successful outcomes. Outside of her professional and academic life, Melissa enjoys long walks, spending time with friends and family, cooking, reading novels (especially murder mysteries), practicing yoga, playing with puppies, exploring creative arts, and trying out new restaurants.
Jennifer is a CBT that holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and has experience working with patients facing eating disorders and other mental health challenges. Her passion for making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives led her to pursue a career in ABA. She is eager to expand her knowledge by working with individuals on the autism spectrum and strongly believes in the power of early intervention to create lasting outcomes. In her free time, Jennifer enjoys baking, fitness, spending time with family and friends, and exploring beaches, parks, new cafes, and restaurants.
