Angelo has been working as a behavior specialist since 2020 and will be pursuing his BCBA while studying at the University of Washington. While practicing in this field, Angelo has learned how incredibly rewarding and humbling working with individuals with developmental disabilities can be, ensuring that tailor-made, personalized care is at the forefront of his style as he continues to grow alongside his clients. On top of this, Angelo is an Eagle Scout, requiring numerous years of time, effort and dedication through Scouting which taught him various principles of togetherness, community service and ways to assist those in need. When Angelo is not working, he enjoys spending quality time with friends and family as well as playing video games and keeping his home clean and organized.
Caitlin is a CBT who has been working in ABA since 2021. Caitlin is passionate about helping others, especially children and strives to assist in gaining skills, all while having fun. With diverse experience in things like working on an ambulance to being a camp counselor at a horse farm, Caitlin is eager to provide support in any setting. Outside of work, she enjoys riding and competing on her horse and taking her dog for hikes. She is also an avid reader and movie-watcher. Caitlin is driven to assist children in achieving their independence and meeting and surpassing their personal goals.
Jenny’s passion for her work is rooted in the belief that building rapport and meaningful relationships is crucial for transformative learning and growth. She loves celebrating all the small wins that become the building blocks in learning new skills and developing the confidence that leads to a more independent life. Jenny has found great fulfillment in making a difference in the lives of others; knowing that we are all born on purpose for a purpose is what drives her each day. In her free time, Jenny enjoys spending time on the lake with her family and her two dogs.
Jonathan was born and raised in the PNW. Following different career paths, he grew into an appreciation for the field of ABA! His favorite thing about ABA is that he's learned to go outside of his comfort zone and see how unique many of the families are and how that makes them strong. During his free time, Jonathan loves going on hikes, volunteering, and trying different food places all over Washington!
Alina is a dedicated and passionate CBT committed to helping children throughout their life. With a profound sense of fulfillment and excitement, she derives joy from witnessing her clients achieve their goals. Driven by a deep-seated desire to make a positive impact, her motivation lies in extending expertise and support to as many individuals as possible. In her free time, Alina enjoys exploring the outdoors, fishing, watching movies and playing video games
Shian found the ABA field in 2020 and since has been a firm believer that naturalistic teaching and giving others a voice is a necessity to their quality of life. She strives to be her best self and fill the world with compassion and unity. Shian has been passionate about working with children and those in diverse communities since 2016. When Shian is not practicing ABA she is working in an after school program at low income schools and providing extra education for students. Shian enjoys traveling, hiking, and spreading peace, love, unity, and respect to each person she encounters. It's important to Shian that every voice gets heard and every human is given a chance to have a good quality life.
Paola has been working as a behavior specialist since 2020. She has provided ABA services in home, clinic, and community settings with individuals ranging from 1 to 60 years old. She obtained her Bachelor's in Psychology from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi and is now pursuing her Master's in Applied Psychology with an ABA concentration.
During her undergraduate experience, Paola lived in Barcelona, Spain, to intern at a clinic for adults with intellectual disabilities. The clinic's services shared the same passion as ABA and wanted to continue growing within the field. Outside of work, Paola enjoys traveling, spending time with her dog, attending concerts, and doing fun outdoor activities!
Sarah has been working in ABA since 2022. She has experience in a clinic setting and in home. Since she has started she has found passion in this field and helping clients and their families. She enjoys working in home with clients and being able to help clients with daily life skills and helping her clients learn to communicate and advocate for themselves. When Sarah isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, and watching shows and movies.
Ashlee is a CBT and has found her love in ABA. Ashlee has had a passion to work with kids ever since she was young. She has a bubbly and happy personality. Ashlee loves to celebrate the progress made and knows that small wins will lead to big successes. Ashlee enjoys music and spending time with her family and pets.
Wyatt has been working in ABA since 2023, and has since found a great respect for the field and now would like to help individuals with developmental disabilities throughout his career. Wyatt currently has a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Ferris State University and aims to pursue a Master's Degree in ABA. During Wyatt's downtime he enjoys playing videogames, hiking, watching television, and baking.
Elliott holds a Bachelor of Arts in Community Psychology from the University of Washington Bothell. They are currently pursuing a Master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis at Purdue Global University, with an expected graduation in November 2024. Over the years, Elliott has gained valuable experience working through various fields of work around adolescent growth and develop from which has culminated into their roll as a Behavior Technician. They continue to learn and develop their deeper understanding of behavior intervention strategies and creating positive, structured environments from children to young adults. Elliott's passion for helping others is reflected in their dedication to supporting individual growth and development through evidence-based practices.
In their free time, Elliott enjoys a variety of hobbies, including motorcycle riding, hiking, and cooking. They are also an avid fan LEGO collecting, finding it a great way to relax and explore creativity which they love. Combining a love for adventure and problem-solving, Elliott brings both passion and precision to all aspects of life.
